Samuel B. Galeota, Managing Consultant
Mr. Galeota brings over 20 years experience in Financial Services in business process, problem solving and application design and development. Among his areas of specialization are:- Vaulation, front to back processing and risk assessment of fixed income and derivative instruments
- Business process re-engineering across business functions and product areas
- Complex problem solving involving computational and quantitative techniques
Mr. Galeota previously served as a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. conducting automation and cost reduction studies specializing in the Financial Services Sector.
Mr. Galeota holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Mathematics from Bowdoin College.
Roger Soderberg, Senior Consultant
Mr. Soderberg has more than 20 years of experience in finance-related activities including over 10 years working with CIG. His experience includes project management, programming and database architectural design roles for the:- Implementation of real-time credit risk management systems
- Rollout of fixed income systems for leading mortgage securities firms
- Data warehouse project implementation for several major international banks
Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Soderberg worked as a programmer and then built on this experience to progress to manage the systems analysis and design roles for the financial planning and analysis functions of several major corporations.
Mr. Soderberg holds an MBA from the Tuck Graduate School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
Eric Morrow, Senior Consultant
Mr. Morrow has over 20 years of experience in fixed-income, futures and derivative markets. He has worked as a senior consultant with CIG over the last 3 years. His consulting career is built on an extensive management and hands on trading background that has afforded a unique blend of skills and experience that is both theoretical and practical. His consulting experience includes:- Project management and business analysis for the implementation of trading and risk management systems for large institutional clients
- Business analysis of standard vendor applications including straight-through-processing platforms and commercial lending systems and their subsequent implementation
- Design and integration of US accounting practices and back-office processing to meet the specific requirements of large foreign and domestic securities firms
Mr. Morrow has worked in senior management roles for primary government dealers, foreign and domestic banks and brokerage houses, hedge funds and financial software firms.
Mr. Morrow holds an MBA in finance from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in economics from Lake Forest College.
Miguel E. Jimenez, Senior Consultant
Mr. Jimenez has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of deploying and supporting computer systems. He has worked as a Senior Consultant for CIG over the past 14 years. His roles have primarily focused on the technical coordination of the integration of complex financial services projects and include the:- Integration of complex systems environments with vendor packages
- Conversion of legacy systems to straight-through-processing
- Implementation and support of Global Money Market Systems
Mr. Jimenez worked for several private wealth management firms integrating and upgrading their systems architecture prior to joining CIG.
Cass Almendral, Senior Recruiter & Business Development Specialist
Mr. Cass Almendral is the senior recruiter and business development specialist at CIG.
Mr. Almendral has 20 years experience on Wall Street. He has 2 years experience doing Wall Street Technology consulting at Warner Computer Systems, 4 years experience doing Corporate Finance at Dean Witter and 4 years experience doing Fixed Income Analytics at Kidder, Peabody.
He has been recruiting finance, technology and sales personnel with CIG Inc. for the past 12 years. Some of his current clients are JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Cantor Fitzgerald, FNMA, FHLMC and Hold Brothers Trading.

Joseph Feldman, Executive VP, Sales
Mr. Feldman joined CIG in 2001 and is responsible for Sales and Marketing at CIG. He is a highly seasoned Sales Management professional in the financial industry with over 25 years of software sales experience. His experience includes:- Selling and Managing Sales Reps in selling financial Software and Consulting services to Banks, Brokerage companies and Hedge Funds with a focus in addressing the needs of Capital Markets, Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, Accounting, and Wealth Management areas
- A strong background in Marketing, Strategic Planning and extensive experience in enabling small Software companies to bring their products successfully to Market
Mr. Feldman has held Senior Sales and Sales Management positions at ADP, SunGard, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Misys.
Mr. Feldman is in an MBA Program at New York University and has a BS from CCNY.
